My shade fabric was to thick (dence) compared to my friends fabric. She loved them.

You have to be careful when using these netting clips. If you close it and the clip part isn't lined up in the center, it will break right off. Also, after you clip it, you have to push the lip of the clip into place to ensure that it won't come right off.If you do these 2 things, then you will probably have good results, though I can't speak on long-term use yet. You'll probably want to use some extra here and there just in case a few come off from strong winds moving the net. The clips definitely don't instill confidence, even once set in place, but you do get a lot of them for the price.

Trash and a waste of time and money. I experienced a 50% fail rate on this product. I was clamping very thin garden netting and either the clip broke or would pop right back open and if you tried to move the latch for better engagement it would snap right off. I really needed these to put netting up before I went on vacation. And these clamps are trash.
