The item came on time, and the packaging was intact, no damage. It was easy to put together. The directions were clear and easy to understand. I have a wonky alcove type thing in my bedroom and this works great.

It wasn't hard to set up, although it did take some time. It's very sturdy and I love that it has wheels. You can also use feet instead of wheels; they give you both.I wasn't sure if it was going to fit everything in it, but it did. It even has my kettlebells on it and doesn't sag or look like it can't handle the weight.It's really helped clean up my Pilates area in the house. I love it!

Easy to assemble, however, I did find it more aesthetically appealing to leave out one of the mesh pieces.

Some of the screws on the wheels aren’t the correct size (see photo), so they don’t work with the storage unit. I need it to roll, so it’s pretty annoying. If you don’t need the wheels, it’s pretty nice.

I am only half way through assembling... broken fingernails, a smashed nail bed with a deep puncture wound.... from a part that snapped back during assembly, crushing my finger. When I finish putting it together, I will revise my review. So far, I wish that i hadn't bought it. Have already invested so much time with assembly, I want to finih it to see if worth it.

I was a bit skeptical for a product with single-digit reviews, but it turned out to be a great buy that for all my equipment perfectly.The metal frame is very sturdy, as well as the 3 wooden shelves. Assembly is very easy, and it's great to have the option of both casters and adjustable feet (I only needed the latter).There are many metal-only racks on Amazon with similar prices, and I'm very glad that I picked this one.
