You can bolt these blocks to something using the 3/8" threaded holes which is nice but you can not bolt them together because the unthreaded holes are not 3/8" to allow 3/8" bolt to pass thru. I have not used 1-2-3 blocks before so I don't know if they are all built like that or if the unthreaded holes should be larger to pass a bolt thru. Otherwise they look good and should work fine
