Dry Eraser Cleaning Pad contain a super soft eraser granule powder that absorbs dirt and dust. Squeeze and twist the pad to allow the powder to sift through the inner mesh and adhere to the cloth. Rub the soiled part of paper in any direction, as hard as needed to clean. Eraser pad will not transfer even though pad appears to be soiled. Great for use on tracing paper, drawing papers, cloth, and Bristol. Pad can be used as a buffer to prevent drawing instruments such as parallel bars and triangles from staining drawings

I had never purchased one of these types of erasers before. It is gentle enough for tracing paper and it erase cleanly or just slightly depending on how much you rub. I use it when I am drafting construction documents and also when I am hand sketching ideas. Great buy

I used this pad system as a draftsman and engineer until computers and ACAD. Now using these pads to clean my watercolor paper before and after painting. Very highly recommended. I was surprised to find these pads were still available.

I used the same "name brand" dry clean pad that I got when I was in architectural school, 50+ years ago, until it finally, fell apart. Not a bad run! I figured that I would never be able to replace it. I being one of few practicing architects who still draws. I was surprised to find not just this one but others as well on Amazon. It works as the original did and cleans up drawings nicely. I utilize it as well to lighten guide lines on inked calligraphy and clean up pencil lines on watercolor, both of which I also do.

I bought this one as the old brand I've been using for years was no longer available, and my current one is getting a bit old and worn. I use this to lift excess pencil graphite off watercolor paper after drawing my subject. I bought the smaller of the 2 options as it seemed similar in size to the one I have used for years. This one requires a lot more pressure on the paper to lift the graphite even though I squeezed it and powder was visible on it and the paper. Additionally, the knit cover seems a bit sticky and the graphite sticks to it and makes little globs on the surface (as seen in photo) vs just leaving powder residue on the paper. I'll have to determine how to remove those bumps so it doesn't mar the paper before I can use it again. The photo is after 1-2 uses on an 11x15 piece of watercolor paper. I'll be looking for a different option and will keep using my old one which still works much better than this one even though old. The packaging indicates it contains latex for those who might be sensitive.
