Item Specifications: The Packard HS24A342 Sequencer, is field proven for controlling the operation of heating elements and/or blower motors in electric, gas or oil heat systems. This sequencer has 1 switch & turns on at 30-90 seconds, and off at 1-30 seconds.

I used this to sequence a compressor and fan on an outdoor air conditioning condenser unit. I accidentally applied 120v to the 24v rated heater switch and it still works after it cooled down a bit. I was also not very gentle on the contacts but they held up very nicely. Good product. No mounting screw included but that shouldn’t be an issue if you’re replacing a broken sequencer.
