Good replacement for sanding blocks, luckily the Velcro hooks hold the paper and handle together firmly.

These are great for "sand the floor". So if you are ever in a karate match with a toddler you'll have training on how to block their punches and kicks.

Needed to sand a couple of furniture pieces with ornate and curved parts. These helped get the job done without tearing up my hands. So much better than using a piece of sandpaper alone. Velcro sticks well too.

I had a major project to do. Sanding and painting all the baseboard and window molding our home. It hadn't been touched for over forty years and was (is) showing considerable wear and neglect. The thought of using an orbital sander, and creating volumes of dust was not pleasant outlook. I found these on Amazon, and they seemed like a good alternative. Turns out, they are the BEST alternative. With multiple grades of grit, they will turn my chipped and damaged wood moldings from ugly to something smooth enough to accept a new coat of paint. Sure, I am not making a smooth car finish, but for baseboard moldings, this tool more than fits my needs. I recommend it to anyone and everyone with lots of small pieces of wood that need to be sanded and smoothed for painting. It is a WONDERFUL tool, and inexpensive. Buy a couple and you will be set. I purchased three of them because I have lots and lots of trim to refinish. You do need to sand by hand, but it is not a pain in the behind because of this tool. Design is comfortable and easy to use for small hands to large hands.

I like the hook and loop feature of these blocks. If anything could be improved, I'd like to have a little more block flexibility. If doing precision sanding on contours as in autobody work followup with a more flexible block would be best.

These worked great on my fiberglass hotrod project, used for initial sanding of fiberglass and body putty. A 16 to 24 inch long board would be great to add to the line of products. Easy application to hook and latch sand papers in all grits. Worth the price and applications

Glad I got this hand sander for the 3” discs. Using a square sanding pad is not ideal for sanding the details on headlights. The control you get from that knob far outweighed the other types. The interface pad that goes between the disc and sander is highly recommended for evenness during sanding.HINT: When removing a used loop/lock disc form the sanders lock side, be more careful about lifting the disc off and leaving the sanders lock side intact as you follow under the disc with your fingers breaking the locking hold as you roll it off, especially when wet sanding. Eventually you will lose that lock face and need to replace it or repair it. If you choose the later & you have some extra loop/lock tape laying around, test a disc first to c if it holds to your lock tape. If it does work, remove the old one & adhesive. Add spray adhesive to the sander face, and apply lock strips. Turn it over and make a weighted press (books?) and let it sit overnight. Trim excess with a razor knife.Admire your handy work! RH-Tx
