About this item

  • Humans can live 3 days without water but 1 gallon (the recommended daily water intake) weighs over 8lbs. When you are on the move, chances are you'll be able to find water somewhere, just not the kind you can drink safely.
  • Our filters weigh only 2oz and measure 8 inches long, so you can take it with you anywhere. Be prepared when camping, hiking, enjoying the outdoors, or when facing stressful situations such as natural disasters, national supply chain issues, accidents, or just about anything.
  • Each of the 5 filters in this pack removes >99.99% of waterborne bacteria (such as E. coli and legionella), and >99.99% of waterborne parasites (such as giardia and cryptosporidium). Removes the smallest microplastics found in the environment (down to 0.1 micron).
  • The lifespan of each filter can reach up to 1800 gallons, depending on how much sediment you're trying to filter and how well you maintain it in between use. Just one filter can provide up to 10 years of drinking water for the average person, (182.5 gallons of water per year). Each filter comes individually sealed with its own backflushing plunger, which will help extend the life of your filter and keep the waterflow steady.
  • Keep this lightweight personal water filter on you at all times when backpacking, fishing, hiking, camping, hunting, or exploring the wilderness. Keep a set of filters in your car during travels, bugout or EDC bag just in case.
  • Perfect for emergencies or disaster preparedness such as power outages, hurricanes, roadside car or RV breakdowns, earthquakes, floods, or storms. Keep a set of filters in your car during travels, bugout or EDC bag just in case.
  • Whether you are enjoying nature or in times of emergency and stress, proper hydration will ensure you are in the best shape possible. Our filters are chemical and BPA free, and each raw material used in its components meet US Food and Drug Administration regulations and standards.
  • Each filter is manufactured under rigorous quality control standards and tested regularly for performance, so you can rely on it when you need it most.

Survival water filter

How to use it:

  1. Remove the bottom cap of the filter and place it directly in the water you'd like to filter. Let the bottom part of the filter soak in the water for about 20 seconds (to prime the filter's membranes).
  2. Remove the top cap of the filter and sip.
  3. Regularly blow air through the mouthpiece of the filter after each use, to keep it from clogging.
  4. After using the filter, use the included flushing plunger (one per filter) to push clean water through the sip straw section. This helps dislodge debris and backflush the interior membranes. Continue flushing until clean water flows from the dirty water intake. Then, use the plunger to blow air through the filter to help dry it before long-term storage. This process ensures steady water flow and extends the filter's lifespan.
  5. Dry it thoroughly before placing the protective caps back on the filter, and storing it long term.

Use Gravity:

  1. To filter the water using a bottle: Find a bottle with threading that matches the thread on the bottom of the filter - the typical soda or water bottle will do (28mm threads). The newer thin walled water bottles with the thin caps do not work with this filter.
  2. Fill the bottle with the water you’d like to filter and attach it to the bottom of the filter.
  3. Flip the water bottle upside down for the water to flow through. When the flow slows down, either squeeze the bottle or let air back into it.
  4. To filter using a gravity bag system: Simply connect the dirty water tube to the filter’s dirty water intake, and clean water will flow through the sip straw

Avoid dropping the filter on hard ground or letting it freeze with water still inside of it - it may damage the membrane or the body of the filter.

What’s in the box:

5 Emergency Survival Water Filters and 5 back flushing plungers (individually sealed for your protection).

Carry 2oz of weight and filter up to 1800 gallons of water - Almost 10 years of drinking water for the average person.

1 gallon of water weighs 8lbs

These filters never expire - replace when the water stops flowing

Value meets quality

Unlike most filters that only rinse or backwash, leaving contaminants to clog or breed bacteria, ours includes a powerful flushing syringe (1 per filter included in the box).

Use clean water under pressure to deeply clean your filter—ensuring peak performance, unmatched reliability, and a longer lifespan when you need it most.

These straws are awesome and are put away until needed. I got a set for my children because they don’t live close enough to use our. Every household should have a set of these for whatever reasons they choose, it’s could be camping, hiking or an emergency but definitely worth the money :-)

I recently purchased this 5-pack of high-capacity survival water straws, and they’ve exceeded my expectations. These are perfect for anyone who enjoys outdoor adventures, camping, or simply wants to be prepared for emergencies. The high-capacity feature is a huge plus, allowing me to filter more water without needing constant replacement. I tested them in different water sources like streams and ponds during my hikes, and the water tasted great—clean and free from any impurities. The filtration process is fast, and the design is sturdy yet lightweight, making it convenient to carry anywhere.Having five in a pack is fantastic for families or group trips, and it ensures I always have extras for my emergency kit. Overall, this is a great value for the price, and I feel much more secure knowing I have these reliable straws on hand. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for practical and effective survival gear!

Great value for a daily must have survival tool. Most people overlook a safe clean source of water when planning their "bug-out bag". It doesn't matter what you have in regards to what's in you pack. If you don't have an ability to clean any water source you come across. The timer begins counting down as soon as you pick up your pack. With no aftertaste and no shelf life and the capacity for cleaning large quantities, with a little backwoods engineering. I also liked that it came with 5. It aloud me to put a few away and use the rest on a daily basis. Through common use and different projects. It's allowed me to test it thoroughly. it's an easy choice. Highly recommend.

The packaging on this product is top notch, from the outside box to the heavily wrapped straws inside. I ordered a two pack can't wait to try them out. I'll have to use melted snow since everything is frozen here currently. None the less I'm glad to exchange my government paper for a high quality product from small people
