I invested in a nicer turntable a while ago, and didn't notice the improvement in sound that I was expecting. After looking into potential solutions, I realized that vibrations from my equipment stand might be the culprit. So my next order was for these dampeners, and they do seem to make a significant difference. I'm no audiophile and I don't have sophisticated measuring equipment so I have to acknowledge that the difference could be less significant than I think, but when I go back and forth with or without the feet, I like the sound better with them. That makes me want to listen to my records more, which makes it worth having the product. The description says something about phase magnetic levitation, and I don't know or understand anything about that. I just know I like what it does.
