I was very hesitant to give this a try but i'm so, so glad I did. The top hing of our back door was loose and regualr bigger screws were not working. I installed this system which was very easy and took maybe 20 mins and it like I have a brand new door. I will be purchasing more to have on hand for all doors, internal and external. If you're thinking about making this purchase, do not hesitate any further.

This is the best item for repairing a stripped hole on a heavy door hinge. I have tried other methods and they did not work. The hinge screws are strong and will never be stripped again.

Super. fast. Easy to install. Remove hinge screws. Drill hole. Drive in anchor. Rescrew hinge.Installed in under two minutes first time. Nice and sturdy. Everything is included. Any drill driver combo is all you need.

As someone who does repair work in daycare centers where the doors are being opened and closed countless times a day, this kit is an absolute must have!! Easy to use, solid quality and after having some in place for 3 months now, everything has remained tight!!Fantastic product- Well done!!

Ok,I was ready to see a product that would work but was fairly cheaply made but to my shock and amazement I was wrong ! Very wrong. The kit is actually fantastic with everything you need so you don’t have to dig around in your garage or run to the hardware store. The included drill bit is a proper bit that will last a long time not a disposable one time use crappy bit.The instructions are good and it comes with good quality screws and screw tips. I installed mine into the door itself which is a very heavy wood door that did not survive to dramatic girls as they grew up lols. I used a strong good quality wood glue when I screwed in the inserts for extra peace of mind.Very happy and my youngest has a bedroom door again !

I purchased this product to repair the stripped screw holes for the hinges of an interior door and was very surprised with not only the simplicity of installation but also with how well it worked. The brass inserts provide a secure attachment point for the screws and made the repairs quick and easy. I couldn't be happier with the end result.

This solved my problem with the upper most hinge not tightening. Easy to install and now the hinge is secured fastening and the door closes properly. I gave it 4 stars because these kits are expensive.

This was so easy to figure out and fix the striped screw holes in my broken door hinge. It took me five minutes and is a solid fix. I definitely recommend this product.

Having spotted these at the National Hardware show Las Vegas 2021 am thrilled to be able to purchase Zzem Screws in UK Excellent quality - the perfect solution if your hinge screws are turning & turning and the door has worked its way loose.I used to use gorilla glue & match sticks or cocktail sticks which sort of worked but was never that strong.Zzem screws come complete with all you needExcept the cordless drill 🙌You use the supplied drill bit to make the old screw hole bigger, then use the supplied Hex bit to drive the Zzem screw into the new hole using a cordlessThe Zzem screw cuts a tight thread into the holeMake sure its flush with the frame behind where the hinge sitsLastly use the supplied no 2 Phillips screwdriver bit & screw to secure the hinge to the frameCheck the depth of the door frame & if required trim the Zzem screws after first establishing how thick it is.Ive never had such a strong fixHighly recommend

The easiest solution to fix a loose door hinge screw in a jiffy!!!It might be expensive but it's worth every penny.
