I was pleased with my last g-code cut making a 3D nautical emblem from a plank of wood. Just make sure you have the correct feeds, and speeds.

These are quality bits for the price! I don’t push them extremely hard, but they have been working great on my little 3018 cnc machine

I really like these bits. I’ve used them on poplar to Purple Heart. Cuts like butter, no issues with quick dulling. I have 40 + hours on the smallest bit and still showing no signs of fatigue.

I purchased these to machine some detailed features in aluminum. So far I have only used the R=1mm. Cuts were chatter-free and the surface finish came out awesome! DOC was 0.05mm.

Just what I needed for more precision 3D carving. Superfine detail without snapping a microscopic bit every 15 minutes. Taper does present some challenges but is also why bit is so much more durable.

Overly impressed with the quality for the price. These were used to engrave aluminum and soft metal with excellent results. Good bit life also no complaints will buy again!

I needed a bit with 1/8" shank and 3.5° taper per side, and Jerray had the closest thing I could find. Then I saw this bundle and thought it would be a great plan, to have a variety of tapered bits, just in case the one I was eyeing wasn't quite right.Turns out, after reading the fine print, I could have specified the bits that I wanted, which would have allowed me to have spares, but it's probably just as well that I let the order default to one of each, because I've been having fun experimenting with them.I've done a little testing with the 3.2° bit, and it's working quite well, drilling tapered holes to provide a better fit with the tapered pegs that I bought for some cribbage boards that I'm making.In the meantime, I've used the largest bit (1mm radius end) to engrave some images, and it is working quite well for that task also.All in all, I'd say these are a very handy and versatile set of bits.(Note: I'm using these on a small CNC with a 30,000 rpm router head)
