The ones I got were not 28" long, more like 27.5" (70 cm). It came in a vacuum sealed bag. I did manage to get one into a rear wiper, haven't used it yet though.

I have an old Benz E320 that they don't make the wipers for anymore. I was able to use this and replace just the blade. Streak free! A lot cheaper than the $150/blade I was paying. Wish I had discovered this option earlier.

These inserts are very inexpensive and they work the same as OEM inserts from Acura. I get a full year out of them before they become noisy and streaky. That’s only about half as long as OEM, but at this price it’s a fraction of the cost comparatively.

Back in time, most of the wiper blades were designed to be refilled but in todays world, this is no longer the case. Most of the blades today are use and toss type and the element is not replaceable. This was the case for me and pretty much all of the blades I am using are not refillable. While the refill material appears to be of good quality, make sure that the blades you want to use these for are reloadable before ordering these. This is pretty much the case with factory blades on older cars but not so much with current replacement blades.
