I bought this for my son after he had long surgery. It looks very small when you get it out of the package. It takes a while to plump up. It really wasn't big enough to support a 21 year old man. Would work better for a child.

The zipper broke on one of the pillow covers and I am only a few days outside of the return window. Not great quality.

I had back surgery a year ago and had trouble finding a comfortable position to sit in. The functionality of the back rest is fantastic. I use it on my couch and in bed. The size is perfect for either laying down or sitting up.

I recent got a surgery that requires me to sit up for more than 2 weeks and I must say, even though I am not a back sleeper, this makes it extra comfortable to sleep upright. you can make all kinds of positions with this pillow🙌🏽🙌🏽
