Good for LIGHT cleaning but if you have a year or more's worth of dust you are just going to make it worse. You will have PILES of dust from this product that then need to be sucked up through a vacuum with a straw taped on the end. ALSO, There is NO HUMAN WAY you will ever get between the strings of a cross string harp (ALL pianos) so half the piano will ALWAYS look bad. Not recommended for heavy cleaning, even after six hours it just makes things WORSE.

These tools do what they say, but there are no instructions included, so you have to be a bit intuitive. The extension rod came in handy. One of the felt tips is already starting to come off, so it may need to be advertised as one-time use only. Perhaps spare tips would be a nice inclusion.

The rods are made of strong unbendable steel and so can't be slipped under the strings.The felt is cheap.
