These do not flow at all even after being in direct sun all day. They also do t seem to make a tight seal.

These valve stem caps were very cost effective and honestly I bought them because I lobby bright pink. As far as glow in the dark I'm unsure as I haven't checked. I am very pleased how bright they are in color. Some of them didn't want to screw on well but they did all "fit". These are plastic!

Junk, just plain junk. They don’t do anything. If I could give it a zero I would. In the sunlight all day, never glowed at all.
