Great set with a welcome extra! I don't know how these would hold up for a cheer squad, but I ordered these for our "mom squad" (moms cheering their kids from the audience for Show Choir where there's no such thing as too much sparkle). I shared them with a few other moms at a competition yesterday and they were a huge hit. I really liked that they included four tiny little poms attached to pony tail holders. I actually ended up giving out all the bigger ones so I was happy I had the small ones to wrap around my hands and wear on my wrists. 😂 Do be aware that you will need to cut the excess length from the zip ties that hold the foil strips in place. They don't stick out past the foil, but they are pretty long and I don't think you'd want to leave them as is.

A nifty accessory for cheer play, a young cheer team, or for game spectators to shake during a game. The aren't the highest quality pom-poms but since you get four pom-poms and four mini poms (use as a wrist band or hair decoration} it makes for a good value. The cellophane like streamers need a bit of manipulating but they will fluff up nicely once you work them. Since they are shorty poms they are suitable for all ages. It looks like the streamers are secured with zip ties so do take time to carefully trim them for safety's sake. My granddaughter is still young but we do practice cheers for fun (hey, I might have some miles on me but I can still execute the basic moves and jumps from my HS cheerleading squad) and these add authenticity to our practice. An elementary or high school can consider a bulk buy to distribute to students before a big game. Have fun!

These poms are bright and shiny, however, they are not very full even after fluffing. To achieve the full look, we criss-crossed two for each hand. The pompons also come with mini poms for wrists (my daughter wore them on wrists and ankles). As I have never done cheer (and neither has she), I'm unsure if this is the norm, but I know it's not what it looks like on TV. Perhaps it's the size or the style, but it wasn't what I was expecting based on the pictures.

Fun cheerleading pompoms. These fluffed out nicely and were quite full. Definitely received your money's worth of ribbons on these. They also came with hair poms so that you can create a matching hair style.

4PCS Cheerleading Pom Poms 4 Inches of blue metallic Poms with a set of 4 small wristlet poms and a set of 4 baton handle pom poms. The large pom poms come bundled in rubber bands and must be shaken and spread to distribute them fully to provide a more round/full look. Hence I'm not so fond as it's not as full and round as other pom poms with different style handle.Nevertheless these are suitable for smaller hands

These are great! The color is nice and bright. We use them at our club and high school volleyball games to cheer and show our team spirit. Nice and lightweight to travel with.
