Product Description

What is breadboard?

Breadboard is a solderless device for temporary prototype with electronics and test circuit designs. Most electronic components in electronic circuits can be interconnected by inserting their leads or terminals into the holes and then making connections through wires where appropriate.

The breadboard has strips of metal underneath the board and connect the holes on the top of the board. Note that the top and bottom rows of holes are connected horizontally and split in the middle while the remaining holes are connected vertically.

The Breadboards Can be Spliced According to the Unit, the Structure is Clear in Color.

The Breadboards is 2-Sided Peelable Adhesive Tape,Easy to Stick on the Prototype Shield,Suitable for Line Prototype Design.

They boards are designed with cheap plastic dovetail pins meant to hold the rails together, but the plastic is so soft that they just deform and pull apart. The manufacturer has tried to solve this by sticking a giant adhesive pad on the back to hold them together, which works, but absolutely would not stay together without that pad. With all that said, they still do exactly what they need to do. I've had no dead power rails and all the connections seem to work fine. The size is standard and I've had no issues with pins, and I was able to rearrange the power rails in a convenient way. They're also not very flat, but it doesn't affect their use at all. Definitely works just as easy as any other breadboard. If you're looking for the best-of-the-best, this probably isn't them. But if you just want something that works, this does that just fine.

Must have for the price. Although these may not be the top line proto boards they just work - I've ordered these twice now for an ever expanding home automation project. The half-size boards are perfect for an ESP32 board and sensor.Note that the power supply rails can be easily detached from the main board if desired. Recommended!

I have found that these breadboards maintain good connections for a wider range of wires. These are now my favorite breadboards. Especially for very small demo/training projects with ESP32 microcontroller boards.

The product are not bad boards, only a little bit of wiggle in the sockets. The large boards can clip together and the small boards can too. The small boards do not have the same clip dimensions of the larger boards so the large and small ones cannot be attached to each other. The clipping ability is nice especially if you are using wider boards like the ESP32 development kit boards.Would recommend.

It's a nice useful product. It fits all different needs of mine as an engineer. Especially the two smaller boards which can come in very handy sometimes. Overall great product. Not to mention the price compared to a single board at your local store.

Reliable product at a great price. I needed some spares for myself and i gave one away to a friend as well. Sturdy and suitable for all the projects I have worked on so far with no issues in continuity or looseness. As you can see in the picture, I use a combination of DIP, rotary switches, resistors, capacitors, etc. All fit quite nicely. I did have a little issue with some of my cheap jumpers not fitting, but that encouraged me to switch to a better quality jumper instead. The grooves to connect the boards are tight and easy to use. I don't use the adhesive, so I can't relate about that. Overall I plan to buy a few more as my never-ending project list continues to expand.

These are excellent breadboards for the money. They tightly hold on to inserted wires and components, but not so tightly that you think you'll damage the component with the amount of downward force necessary. These breadboards, available through Prime, are an incredible deal. They're cheap but, if there ARE any corners cut, they're not at all a hindrance to the overall quality and usability. These breadboards are a high-quality prototyping solution for both novices and experts alike. I have yet to come across any issues with the product that necessitate a refund or replacement. The only real issue I had with the product (though it's not really an issue at all) is the quality of the foam adhesive pads on the bottom of the boards.I've never been one to actually use the adhesive foam on the back, instead opting to remove it entirely and clean the base of the contacts with 90% IPA. That said, removing the adhesive was unusually easy in some places, but stuck to the board in others. This isn't a complaint about the areas that stuck, but rather the areas that came off with little-to-no force. I imagine this would be problematic for those who intend to actually mount their boards to something, as it seems with just a bit of humidity and time, they [might] fall off whatever they're mounted on. That said, I live in a pretty humid environment, so who knows how much that factor played into the ease by which the pads could be removed - the product sat, removed from its bubble-mailer/box, on my desk for a week before I had a chance to truly work with them for an honest review.Overall, they're breadboards - and inexpensive ones to boot. They're likely to be exactly what you were looking for at a price you didn't expect would be so low. Again. user results may vary in terms of how well the adhesive sticks, but contingency plans are always good to have. Fail to plan, plan to fail. The mounting tape can be had at any major hardware store for just a few bucks.Enjoy! If breadboard adhesion is mission-critical for your project, I'd suggest applying your own ESD-safe mounting tape. With the money you saved buying THESE boards instead of something significantly-more expensive, you'll still end up saving money.
