These simulators bolt on and will not bounce off if you hit a rough spot or pot hole. I wish i had known about them before i purchased the first two sets and paid more money for the ones that were not made of the quality that these are.

Kucaruce 4pc 17inch Polished Stainless Steel Dually Wheel Simulators, Bolt On Wheel Cover with Removable Centre Cap, 8 Lug Hubcaps fit for 2003-2019 Dodge Ram 3500 with Installation Tool 17D8. I copied and pasted the items included, the installation tool was not in the box, other than that the parts look really nice I have not installed them yet hopefully I will have them on this week and will send pictures.
