These 4 ladies are amazing, and I cannot wait to get them mounted to a "screen" that we are going to use as our headboard in our master bedroom. They are big, beautiful and just what I was looking for. I will mount them using decoupage, and then after they dry, I am going to use a crackle glaze to give them the look of an ancient screen. They are beautiful for stand-alone artwork or used in conjunction as an art piece. What a treasure of a find.

The wall scrolls themselves are very nice but I think the scrolls border guards might have bugs. I hope it’s just the glue popping because of heat.

These are really well-made replicas of the historical Chinese paintings that look very authentic and genuine unless you are an expert in ancient Chinese art. The paintings were delivered rolled up together and bound with a red ribbon. The paintings are much larger than I would imagine. The top and the bottom ends have wooden planks attached to them for hanging purposes. The top one has a small loop for wall hanging, and the bottom one is used as a counterweight to prevent the painting from rolling up when it's hanging against the wall. The sides have dark vertical edges that create a framed look of the paintings. The paintings use thin paper as the base material, like papyrus, which is aged and stained to increase the antique look of the paintings. Because of this, you should be very careful when handling them, as it's fairly easy to rip or bruise them. Each painting features unique characters and writings in Chinese. The paint is bright and vivid, colors are warm, and they look and feel indistinguishable from hand painted pieces, but I'm pretty sure they are printed. They look astonishing when hanging on a wall, especially if they are put together in a sequence. Really love them and highly recommend room decoration.Bottom line:High-quality replicas of ancient Chinese paintings, authentically aged and bound with red ribbon. Larger than expected, with wooden planks for hanging and dark framed edges. Delicate paper base, vivid colors, and intricate Chinese characters. Likely printed but convincingly hand-painted appearance. Stunning when displayed together. Highly recommended for room decor, but handle with care. 5 stars from me!Pros:1.
