My old dash cam died so I needed a new one and gave this one a try. Just like any other dash cam, the usb cables are provided for installation. This kit also included a rear camera. Since I already had a dash cam with a rear camera, installation was simple. I just used the previous cables to connect to this system. The system acts like a digital rear view mirror. You attach the new mirror to you old rear view mirror. You get a view of the front from your front camera and the rear camera on the mirror. I like the buttons on the mirror and the video quality is great. Overall, this system works and I hope it lasts for a long time.

This has a massive screen that looks amazing. The controls are easy to use and intuitive. The video quality is competitive with other 4k models I have tried in both this style and traditional dash cam style. The installation is pretty straight forward. You can make it more complex, as I did, if you are particular about how wires are routed, etc. The rear camera, as always, takes the most time. My only real gripe with this unit and many like it, is the mounting system. There are more elegant solutions, but typically on units costing a good deal more. All in all, it's a great unit at a competitive price.

wasn't sure what i would be getting but i was surprised! the camera was easy to install and even the rear camera i have a backup camera so i didn't need to lines thing to guide me in parking but the picture is clear and settings are not complicated, i told my siblings about this and they are getting one as well.

The unit itself is well packaged, and installs very easily (note, I did not install or use the rearview camera so no comment on that). The instructions for use are somewhat unclear, omitting a number of settings. Once I got it set up, I found the voice prompts completely unintelligible - there's a strong Chinese accent, and the speaker quality is so poor that I still don't know what one of the prompts is saying. I've given up and turned them off. Because of this, the ADAS aspect is useless - I'm not about to stare at the screen while driving. I've converted it to a conventional dashcam with no bells or whistles, and I can live with that.EDIT: The date/time on this unit was consistent in jumping ahead 16 hours whenever the GPS was plugged in. I returned it and purchased another, thinking it was an unfortunate defect. The new unit is exactly the same and while tech support have been very responsive they've been unhelpful. I've returned both units as between the voice and the date/time I can't justify the expense. I'll purchase a different brand that doesn't have these issues.EDIT: The date/time is solved -- it was my stupidity in reading the time zone setting as UTC-8 when it actually said UTC+8 -- that accounts for the 16 hour error!! My apologies -- but I'm still returning it due to the unbearable voice!

This camera mirror works great in my 2012 car that did not have the latest safety features. It was fast to install, and the picture quality is great.

Installed this Dash Camera system on my 2015 Toyota Highlander! Was easy to setup, and comes with everything required to get it up and going! High quality display, very responsive and easy to use. Can now record driving or accidents, and has system to auto record any damage when car is parked. Would recommend to anyone looking for a solid dashcam at a fair price!

It came with everything you need to install it.Takes time to run the wire but once you got it all set up, you don't ever have to touch it again.The cameras are clear with details.You can set the mirror screen to display both cam view or just either one. Once you turn on the car, the cam will automatically turns on and starts recording. I like the fact that I can see behind my car better with this cam than using the mirror itself.Highly recommend this product. Great price for the price.

I’ve struggled seeing the rear view for a while and buying this was worth every penny. I have a Toyota Sienna and the installation was so fast and easy. It’s very durable and the camera quality is great. I can see even the smallest leaf on the ground. This is so much safer than trying to use the rear mirror. It’s especially a plus for me for Uber/Lyft because it helps you through the roads much more better. I highly recommend for anyone that owns a car.
