It did not cool my room or humidify it. I am very disappointed in it. It is, like others stated, just a fan. Don't waste your money.

I bought the CENSTECH Swamp portable air conditioner with the expectation of improving the temperature in my room, as it is the farthest room in the house and the central air doesn’t reach it as effectively. However, after the initial tests, my experience has been quite disappointing, and honestly, I don’t think this product lives up to what it promises in its description. From the very beginning, the product raised some doubts. In the Amazon photos, it appeared larger than it actually is. While this may seem like a minor detail, the lack of clear specifications regarding its size can be misleading. I was surprised to see that in person, it looked significantly smaller than expected, which made me question its ability to properly cool a sizable space. However, what truly matters is its performance, and this is where the product fails.Upon receiving it, I immediately plugged it in and followed all the instructions to the letter. I filled the tank with cold water and a generous amount of ice, ensuring I followed the recommended steps. Additionally, I waited the suggested six hours to freeze the included ice packs and placed them in the tank, hoping to enhance its performance. However, at no point did I feel that the unit noticeably cooled the room. To test it, I compared it to my tower fan and did not notice any difference in the temperature of the air being expelled by either. I even used a thermometer in the room to check for any significant change, but the values remained completely stable. I turned off the central air conditioning to see if the CENSTECH could cool the room on its own, and once again, no change. One of the most exaggerated claims in the product’s advertisement is that it can reduce the ambient temperature to below 50°F. This is completely unrealistic unless it's being used in a tiny space—and even then, I highly doubt it. If a 65W device were capable of achieving that level of cooling, it would revolutionize the air conditioning industry. The reality is that its performance is virtually the same as that of a conventional tower fan, with the only difference being that this one requires water and ice to operate in its so-called “cooling mode.”Another issue I noticed is the duration of the ice packs. According to the product description, they should maintain “FreezeTime” for up to six hours, but in my experience, they melted in less than two, exposing another exaggeration in the sales information. Additionally, the water tank was almost untouched after nearly half a day of use in “cooling mode,” which makes me wonder if it is actually evaporating water to cool the air or if it’s simply blowing air with no additional effect. I’m not an expert in these types of devices, but something about its operation seems quite suspicious.Regarding the airflow power, I have to admit that it is quite strong and reaches a considerable distance. In this aspect, the unit delivers on its promise and provides a good amount of airflow. However, the “Nature” mode did not convince me at all. One of the selling points of this device is that it is supposed to be quiet, but the truth is that it sounds just like a tower fan—or even louder when used at full power. Personally, fan noise doesn’t bother me too much, but what is frustrating is that the “Nature” mode switches between speeds abruptly. At times, it jumps from the lowest setting to the highest suddenly, creating a constant and annoying sound fluctuation. Instead of generating a relaxing and natural sensation, as the name of the mode suggests, it causes continuous distraction, as the ear gets accustomed to one noise level, only for it to be suddenly interrupted by another, making it difficult to concentrate or rest.Another important detail is the claim that this portable air conditioner can operate for 20 continuous hours on a single water refill. If this were true, one would expect a constant evaporation of water from the tank. However, as I mentioned earlier, after several hours of use, the water level remained practically unchanged. This further reinforces my doubt about whether it actually cools through the principle of evaporation or if it merely functions as a fan with no real impact on the temperature. In summary, I bought this unit with the intention of improving my room’s temperature and providing additional support to the central air, but so far, it performs exactly like a conventional fan, without any real cooling capability. The product’s promises are clearly inflated and do not reflect the actual performance one can expect. I won’t deny that the airflow is strong, but in terms of its main function—cooling—it simply does not deliver.I will give it another three days of testing to see if there is any improvement, but if I do not notice a significant change in temperature or performance, I will return it without hesitation, as it does not fulfill its promises. If for any reason I decide to keep it, I will update this review with my final conclusions.I hope my experience helps those considering purchasing this product and assists in making a better decision before investing in something that may not meet expectations.

I recently decided to try this air conditioner, since my room is in the far part of the house, where the cold does not reach the end. And I was not disappointed. Three power modes, cold mode and air humidification. Exactly what is needed. I also love how light and compact it is. Another plus is remote control. I recommend it for use in a not very large room

What I am most satisfied with about this Portable Air Conditioner is its portability. Its small size allows me to easily transport it from one room to another, and I can even take it for camping or outdoor use, which is really great. It has three adjustable gears, strong and cool wind, which can bring me a comfortable feeling. It can not only serve as a Portable Air Conditioner, but also as a humidifier, adding moisture to dry air. This versatility is also one of the reasons why I like it. I often use it now, and I have to praise its excellent appearance and beautiful design. If someone wants to have a Portable Air Conditioner, then this product will be one of the best choices.
