I like the form factor of this device and the array of different things it measures. It's also really nice how it has a built-in battery for power outages, or if you just want to bring it to another room. I haven't had any CO or combustible gas alarms yet, so I can't speak to that... however, I have noticed that this device's temperature and humidity readings have varied somewhat widely from other temp/humidity monitoring devices I already own placed in the same room. I don't know what is most correct, but this device is the odd man out, so I'll take the readings with a grain of salt.

It arrived very well packaged with easy to understand directions. It is so easy to use and has many extra features. I really like the built-in battery which will continue to operate the detector in case the power goes out. Also, the detector can be unplugged and become a portable unit to take other places to check for gas or CO2. The power plug can be removed and a magnetic cap can be attached to the detector when using the battery to check other locations where there is not a plug in. The battery indicator on the unit shows the battery level which will recharge when the detector is plugged back in. The display is bright but it can also be dimmed. I am very happy with this detector -- it's well worth the purchase price!

I like that it is Very small and compact to fit any where. You can do a plug in or battery with a rechargeable internal battery.The display is very clean and seems to be accurate.Detracts humidity and temp! That is a bonus feature! Very simple to install and it’s a plug and play.I did test it and it did detect carbon monoxide. The instructions does explain how to test.Very happy with purchase and cost

This seems to be a next generation detector. We have purchased many CO2 detectors over the years and they all are pretty much the same detector that requires a 9 volt battery and start squealing when that battery is near the end of its life. I can count on one hand the number of items in our house that require a 9 volt battery and I will be glad then that number is 0.This detector is like a total rework of the old design - clear, easy to read display with real readings, internal rechargeable battery, the handy addition of gas, temperature, and humidity readings, nice form factor, and 20 hour operation off of the internal battery.Super nice detector - easy 5 stars in my opinion, especially at this economical price.

I'm really glad I got this Gedsffati 4in1 Plug in CO and Natural Gas Alarm. I have gas appliances and carbon monoxide detectors in my smoke alarms, but was always worried that I didn't have a natural gas alarm and this solves the problem quite well.I also appreciate that it has a temperature and humidity sensor! The display can be dimmed or completely off as well, and it's mostly inconspicuous. One thing I didn't expect was that you can unplug it and it has an internal battery so you can use it as a portable gas detector to check on my water heater and furnace to make sure the gas PPM is not excessive.

This is exactly what I needed. Just this week I relocated my emergency Honda commercial generator to my lanai in a generator enclosure, with an extended exhaust system. This device is perfect to monitor carbon dioxide levels. The removable plug that turns into a magnetic attachment point is super awesome. Its magnet is plenty powerful. Great product with cutting edge design.-Just a quick update, If I could give this item a sixth star I would. The very fact it has that removable plug and the magnet attachment is beyond awesome. Yesterday I was reworking my generator enclosure with an extended exhaust to lessen the generator noise, the enclosure steel structure makes this carbon monoxide detector even easier to use, the built in rechargeable batteries allows me to move the detector to many positions to take carbon monoxide readings from different placements. I also notice that this device samples the air for gas FAST. I clearly noticed this when I saw how fast it updated the temperature values. Just having it in proximity to my breath, changed the temperature values immediately. So in testing the carbon monoxide in my generator enclosure resulted in accurate, lightning fast sampling only makes this device great.

The adjustable brightness display on this CO2 and Gas detector is very nice, clear and easy to read. I really like that not only does it work plugged into an outlet, it also works on an internal battery that charges while it’s plugged in and protecting you so even if your electricity goes out the detector will still work.I did test it by releasing butane gas from a lighter and within a few seconds the gas alarm sounded which is loud enough to wake you up from a sleep. I then lit a cigar and held it near the unit and that registered the amount of CO2. Another feature is that you can turn off the sound so that it doesn’t alarm you to small amounts of CO2 like if you are smoking a cigar, but will always sound if the threats are at high levels regardless of the sound being off. There is so much packed into this little unit and is well worth it to give you peace of mind and keep you safe.

I’ve got a very old gas fireplace a malm to be exact, and mine is a ventless model. I’d rather be safe than sorry and have opted to use a device to detect leaking gas and carbon monoxide. I found this item and it’s a perfect fit for what I’m looking for. It is incredibly easy to use, plug it in and you’re ready to go. I like the fact that it has a built in battery, that’s works as a back up in the event of a power outage. I personally had a gas leak recently and it made me much more aware of my surroundings & the potential dangers that come with gas appliances. The screen is bright, easy to use, and to read. I also like the fact that you can get this item in black or white, to suit your specific taste. I think this is a worthwhile item to have around the home and I’m very pleased with it overall. I was also able to test the functionality, by following the directions included. Give it a try!
