I bought two letters for my sister’s birthday and when the day of the party arrived, We tried in every possible way as the product instructions showed to fix the letters, but the parts of the letters that we received didn’t fit together. I do not recommend this item to no one and I felt robbed by Amazon. It is noticeable that they sell the parts of the product incomplete and dysfunctional, most likely from another client who returned this product. A product that is expensive for clients. Amazon stole more than 100 dollars from me for these two letters and they did not take responsibility for the dysfunction of these products since they did not even have the decency to let me return this product and receive a refund.

These are great for the price but they are very delicate. HANDLE WITH CARE. I bought 4 letters for my daughters graduation party. I had a friend help me assemble them (HIGHLY RECOMMEND). They took a little while to figure out but we got the hang of it. I used canopy weights on the base to hold them down. You will need weights! They tip over with the slightest breeze -even a ceiling fan will make them fall over. I got several compliments on them. I used balloons (also bought on amazon) and attached them with to the plastic "chain" that came with them. I then used packing tape (folded over on itself) that I placed along the top of the letters and then set the ballon chain on top of it. It lasted all day in 94 degree heat.

To assemble this it requires 2 persons to glue each panel together and a bit messy to do. The battery case is in front so very visible not too mention it's flimsy definitely NOT for OUTDOOR.

These letters were easily assembled with great directions. They were sturdy enough to be transported without problems. They provided a beautiful, warm, glowing light and the perfect backdrop for the wedding reception. Their pricing was very fair and they arrived boxed safely. I would buy these again for another event if needed. I recommend these for any event!

I have 8 other 4’ Marquee letters from this vendor, but this was my first H. All of my other purchases have been great, but this one was a dud. Needed the H to spell HOCO for my Junior’s party this weekend, and now it’s too late to receive a replacement in time. This was the center of the party for 40 kids, and because I’ve ordered & assembled 8 other letters without issue, there was no backup plan. Very disappointed.It also seems like the item may have been returned because the bulbs were loose in the box, the extra foam squares were missing, and additional letter instructions were missing.

I ordered both the 4 and the 0 and I’d say it took only about 45 minutes to assemble! On the instruction manual they send you there is a QR code the has a YouTube tutorial on each number which made it alot easier to figure out what I was doing. The numbers are very durable and stable as long as you use the proper amount of hot glue. I’m my opinion I think this is an amazing product for the price! I am an event coordinator and will be ordering these all the time. This was for a surprise 40th birthday party and everyone thought the setup was absolutely beautiful.

Easy to assemble but hard to keep stable without tons of hot glue. i used these twice. once for baby shower (originally had plans to put them on porch but even after putting stands on, the wind blew them over very easily. i ended up bringing them indoors.) Second time was for a gender reveal in wich was outdoors with no indoor area to place them. we ended up screwing the letters to a 2x4 to keep them from falling over.i had to reglue many parts of the letters after the first use. they still held up well and did look good.Be sure to not put the walls of the letters on upside down on letters like B and D or the stands won't line up in the holes. instructions aren't specific to the letter so you get instructions for the letter Y even if you ordered B or any other letter. it is easy to figure out though. Just pay attention to the location of the holes for the stand so you don't glue it upside down like i did.these are cardboard material and are delicate.
