Manufactured from optically clear polystyrene for high clarity imaging. The plates have been tested to be non-pyrogenic, DNase/RNase-FREE and have been tissue culture treated for optimal cell adhesion. The 12 well format allows for multiple samples or treatments to be tested simultaneously. Flat well bottoms are optimal for imaging applications. This is the perfect size for me. I considered getting the 48 ct, but I think this is good for now. Im going to be growing some plants and I think this is something that will be perfect for growing batches of plants at a time. I do appreciate the sterile packaging, even though I will probably sanitizing again. Quarter for size reference.
