Lots of people saying how the screws strip. The reason is, the screws are about a half size larger than a number eight screw which is the standard for a fender Guitar. They need to drill out your neck and probably body too or use standard number 8 screws from another source

The neckplate is strong. Good quality, usefull upgrade ! The neck screws are quality steel !

The plate is fine but screws are made from soft metal, not good.** Update: Seller offered a full refund.

I mainly got this for the plate itself anyways, but the screws that come with it were way too long for my custom tele body, when looking at how far they would go, the screws would go through my fingerboard if i actually used them for mounting.
