I tried this product out and it just dug into the concrete. Took it off the mud right away and used my other friends marshalltown bullfloat and that worked perfect. This float is at least twice the weight that it should be and does not seem to be a magnesium bull float at all. Don't bother with this unless it's a backyard project that you don't care about because in order to use this heavy float you would probably have to let the concrete setup for an hour first and then your day would turn to hell. Also be prepared to go to the hardware store and buy some nuts/bolts/washers because the ones it comes with are too long to use so. The case it comes with is pretty cool and I was impressed with that and how it holds the tool and poles. If this tool wasn't twice as heavy as it should be I think it COULD be a good option, not at its current weight though and it should not be advertised as lightweight that is a big joke. I've requested a refund/return and am patiently waiting for my refund, the product was picked up days ago so we'll see how this goes... ugh.

I've experienced no drag or dig with this float and it's very lightweight. Plenty of extension if you need it, but you can remove a section of handle for tighter quarters. Cleans up well and I haven't noticed any pitting that I usually get with aluminum tools.

The float arrived with the four mounting bolts partially installed but cross threaded.Upon installation, two of the bolts didn't tighten down and one snapped off flush to the float. One of the holes was so mangled I wound up using an SAE thread bolt in a metric application.Overall a poorly built product and I will be returning it.

This is a nice Bull Float that does the job and does it well. It has a nice wide float and 3 long pole lengths that give you quite a bit of distance. For the price difference I think it would be worth it to spend the extra $20 for the 4th pole piece and carrying case. I think that if you need to do any concrete work this it’s a good tool to have.

I originally had given this product a poor review due to bolts being cross threaded and breaking when trying to remove them to assemble the tool. The tool still worked good enough to get job done that day with only two bolts holding it together. I never asked for a refund or to return it because I used it and got concrete all over it.TO MY SURPRISE, the seller Rupertool, emailed me and offered me a full refund after seeing my review. I appreciate that they stand behind their products and because of that I would definitely give them another chance in the future.
