It's a really nice vanity, BUT get ready to have missing screws, dowels breaking, & pieces that doesn't have the little plastic pieces that you put a screw into (has to find them on Amazon to fix it). We bought 2 for our new home we are remodeling & we have only 1 put together due to missing screws in the other 1 & the little plastic screw pieces missing. The instructions are basically useless. It doesn't show what screw goes to which piece. We have been guessing most of the time to what screw goes where.

We love the look and function of this whole unit. There was quite a problem with putting in the drain that came with it. It would not seal because it had the incorrect seals. We purchased the correct seals and then was finally able to use the sink without leaking.

Overall it ended up looking great. Made from ply instead of mdf, which is huge in my opinion. I've got a bad habit of putting together furniture without using the instructions, which led to a couple hangups. Had to take it apart a time or two to get it assembled right. Make sure to put the drawers together correctly, or it'll seem like they won't fit with the doors closed. I dodged a bullet by switching just the faces after I was finished, thought it was a huge design flaw since I'm the greatest builder of furniture alive. As far as instructions, they're only small pictures with numbers jumbled everywhere. If I would've followed them (fat chance) I feel there still would've been a little abstract thinking to get it together without getting slightly confused. If you're not experienced with construction/diy, just stay positive. Lastly, there are ZERO extra pieces of hardware. Usually furniture comes with one or two extra of everything, this did not. So be careful to not let anything get lost to the gremlins who usually steal a screw or two when I'm not looking. All in all, decent vanity especially for the price and materials used.

Nice Vanity, I love the top. I was looking for a vanity made with wood and not cheap particle board. I had some minor issues with putting it together. The Directions are awful, they need to be detailed. I had to keep looking at the pictures and guess which way the Cabinet was assembled. SO the other issue i had was the Cabinet door was made of MDF. Its like can't you make it out of real wood and add it to the price? Anyways. The wall of the cabinet door has me a little worried. when i open it the whole side of the cabinet gives a bit with the door as it comes to a stop when fully opened, so it really need to be reinforced or needs a Thicker or more of a solid Side(outer cabinet wall) for it to work properly. I hope it makes sense in what i am describing. If it lasts 5 years i will be happy

This item is packaged terrible and showed up damaged. You can tell it's poorly made. Run.

I had lot of problem putting together the drawers. The seller tried very hard to help and he finally was able to load a video installation on his store site. I had to get a professional to help me with the drawers. I am glad the seller added the video installation guide. It's a all plywood product and very sturdy. Looks very nice with black hardwares.
