Fair warning - making the box corners takes some skill and trial/error to get right (there are no bearings to help ensure position for the cross-face pass). The machining is good and if you make multiple passes, you can expect a good long service life (I like to use step-spacers along the router fence so that I can make partial passes to remove this much material). I would have preferred 1/2" shank, especially on the 2" cutter to save the stress from spinning so much mass, but as long as the RPM guidelines are followed - all is well. Very good price point for carbide bit set.

I got these in the hopes of making frames. the profile looks good, and should make for a good strong joint. However, the set up is a royally frustrating pain in the you know what. There are no printed guidlines as to which size bit to use for what sized wood. Nor are there any instructions on how to set the bit up. There is a small card with one of those QR code things, but if you're technologically challenged as I am, it won't help much. Other companies make bits such as these, and there are how-to videos on You Tube, but they're not much help. If this company included set-up blocks (as I'm told Rockler does), it would be a great help. My advice, unless you want to spend many (frustrating) hours, and miles of wood (which isn't cheap) getting the right settings, bypass this manufacturer and check out others (Rockler comes to mind, but they have a reputation of being expensive) as to what they include with their product.

These are some pretty decent quality router bits! It is hard to find something that cuts with this angle, so I was happy to see these. They are very sharp and haven't doled in the amount of testing I've done. They don't seem to be showing signs of wear and tear like cheap manufacturing. The grip in place well and do the job properly. Overall a great selection.

This is a good set of router bits that cut as expected.I can only use the 2 smaller ones as the shaft of the large bit is too think for my router.Other than that very happy

Haven't had a chance to use all of these routers. I have only have 1/2 inch shanks but the fact that the set comes with multiple size routers for 1/4 inch shanks as well as 1/2 inch shanks is a plus for those who have the capability to switch shank sizes. It came in a really nice durable case, easy to keep the parts together for use as needed. WIthout using all of the routers it appears that they all are well made and durable.

First of all, I tested these router bits for performance and cut reliability. I’m not sure how you can give a proper review without testing these, either positive or negative. I can say that most people who have never used these will have no clue how to set them up without proper guidance. There are MANY videos on how to properly setup these bits but the one I found the most useful and to the point is titled “How To Use A Miter Lock Router Bit From Zokmok Tools”.These router bits create a “lock joint” miter when joining two 45 degree pieces to create a 90 degree locking miter. This joint is a robust joint that will keep the miter “locked” together. A superior joint for things like picture frames and cabinets because of the way they join together. This joint also creates a larger glue surface compared to a typical 45 degree miter. The set includes bits for 1/2”, 5/8” and 3/4” material but I wish they were labeled on the shank as such. Also, the 1/4" shank is convenient because you can use a small collet on a larger router, like the Dewalt DW616/618. I would prefer a 1/2" shank of the largest bit however both for stability and safety.I tested all three of these bits and they performed well. Setup is critical for success. I used aluminum setup blocks to set the height of the bit along with the thickness of the material before routing. I can’t emphasize enough how important this is. Once you have both the height and depth of the bit established, you can make BOTH cuts to join the pieces together. See pictures of my test cuts. Once routed, these profiles create a very strong joint. I recommend these router bits but only if you learn how to use them properly.
