Our cats LOVE this scratch post. We have one large kitty and one medium kitty and they both prefer stretching tall to do their scratching. This tree is tall, sturdy, cute, and they’re able to reach up to scratch without messing with the palm fronds. They use it so much that the roping is already coming undone after a few months, but that just goes to show they use it! Nothing a little E6000 glue can’t fix up.

My cats love it, especially for the height of the scratcher which allows them to get a really good stretch while they scratch. 3 stars since it's not that well-made: there is a notable seam between the pieces, some of the sisal seems like it will loosen soon, and the leaves are meh.0/5 stars for amazon and their decision to remove/weaken policies aimed at supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion. I will be taking my business to other platforms and companies in the future.

My cats absolutely love this thing! I have a huge Maine Coon who can easily reach to the top and uses it dozens of times a day. It looks great in my living room too so I'm very impressed!

My kitten loves this scratching post! First thing he did was climb to the top. Easy to put together and really cute!

One thing you don't want is a cat scratcher that tips over because once it does, they'll never use it again. This one is sturdy and stays upright! My cats cats can stretch out (and up) on this with no problem. It's decorative too!

The scratch post does a solid job of keeping the cat entertained! She loves the size as she feels like she needs to climb it, helping her expend energy. The stability is decent for its height and weight, however one week in and its already taken some rip damage to the tethered ball. The value for the money seems decent considering you get a piece of scratch furniture that’s easier to look at, but I’m not sure how much of a lifespan it will have. Granted most cat scratching posts aren’t meant to last forever, the string does seem thinner and frail, so I don’t predict a long life, especially if it’s the only thing around for the cat to scratch. Solid 4 stars. My hope is it lasts longer than it appears it will last.

I am always nervous buying things for my cat as he's not easily impressed. I was going to get a version of tree style with a straight trunk, but this one has more surface area and looks more realistic (which is somehow funnier). No idea how they get the curved pieces to line up but it looks great and it's very sturdy. The platform should be attached to the base of the trunk first - I didn't figure this out soon enough and had to disassemble a bit - and it will help to have someone to keep it steady. Otherwise it goes together in a few minutes and my cat went right to it. Very pleased with the size and quality, and of course nothing matters more than my little guy's happiness.

The whimsical palm tree fits right into my decor, so it was a welcome addition. The cats loved it, of course. They love anything new, but they keep coming back to swat at it, jump on it, or just rub their faces on it. It's a big hit.I like the toy ball on the string and the overall height. My cats enjoy stretching to the top. And, they fight over who gets to use it.
