This digital sign has an excellent resolution and is pretty easy to use. It is also easy to recharge. The customer service was particularly helpful as they contacted me to see when I received the product so they could send the battery separately. They have returned answers to questions within the day and periodically check to see how it it going. This was what we needed - customer service is here in California.
