I used these on a project guitar (Squire Starcaster) that I worked on. They worked a perfect replacement. Had to sand down the thickness just a little, but that expected when replacing a nut. The nut resonates great and has a little wider string spacing then the original, which I love!

Used this in a guitar diy kit. The stock nut was plastic and created an odd tin can noise on the B string. Replaced it with this one and works well. Sounds better too.

I replaced the nut on a Squire Bullet Strat made in Indonesia. This nut fit perfect. I only had to scrape a little bit of the old glue and new bone nut fit perfect. No sanding! I did have to file open the slots a bit for .10 gauge strings. But this bone nut replaced the plastic original and improved tone and tuning stability
