They did not dissolve as they were supposed to. I did a test where they asked me to put it in an empty bottle with just some water (I used a Dasani water bottle) and it barely broke apart after a minute of shaking. Some Marine toilet paper I have broke apart almost instantly. If you find a paper towel that works, let me know. Thanks.
