Just opened the box. Motor casing is two different colors. Looks like it's been taken apart and put back together multiple times. And the best part, THE ROTOR IS CROOKED. IT RATTLES AND BINDS WHEN SPUN. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PRODUCT EVER BOUGHT FROM AMAZON.......SELLER AND MANUFACTURER SHOULD BE ASHAMED

I ran full speed with dewalt fully charged cordless drill. Max I got is 62.3 volts. Normal speed it delivers about 21v. No way near to 400w. Also the cable is so short and I doubt it will carry 7amps of current assuming I get full 60v.After full testing I will update and change ranting if it works well.
