Perfect chair to use for long days. I use a standing desk and this chair has AMAZING height! I can switch from standing to sitting for a desk that's 38" tall and room to go higher. Easy to adjust height, arms up /down, headrest, and rocking. I've had it for afew months now and NO REGRETS. Impressed with how it was shipped and the amount of protection. I put it together by myself and easy to follow instructions. I did switch out the wheels to the original Rollerblade office chair wheels simply because I'm not a fan of the plastic ones. The ones that came with it did roll ok on carpet though.Super comfortable for long days, nice support as well. Worth the money! Wish it came in more colors is the only thing I would change
