Just received my order of 4,000 clear reinforcements, which I use for storing sheet music in a binder for the small music ensemble I'm in. These reinforcements definitely are not user-friendly. My 1st photo shows the paper under the sticker, which has split and peeled off with half stuck to the reinforcement. The paper half is very thin, and you have to separate the halves to use the plastic reinforcement half. This is not easy. My 2nd photo (close-up), shows that some of the reinforcements are misaligned from manufacturing, where arrows #1 and #2 show an offset from the punch, and #3 shows plastic overlap of the hole. This overlap actually helps peel the reinforcement from the paper, but unfortunately the majority of reinforcements are not misaligned this way. Otherwise, the reinforcements do seem to stick acceptably well.

Hate these. Would rather have the white ones than spend 15 seconds just trying to remove it from the sheet and apply one. 15 actual seconds. With the mississippis.
