This product is really good and I use them on birdhouses and also a box. The birdhouses we're good outdoors but the screws started to rust and rust liquid started to drip down the White bird house. I assume these are not for outdoors so use them on indoors and jewelry boxes. It was durable, thick, good size and easy to install

These closures/clasps are awesome. I love them. They look great on all the upcycled cigar boxes I have done so far. They look amazing on my Steampunk boxes as well as any other design box I have. They work for all my designs.

If you are looking for a flimsey cheap hasp, this is for you. I needed it for leather journals, so was not solid.
