Wer eine kleine und günstige Aufwertung für sein Fahrrad sucht, ist mit dem Ventil genau richtig. Ist dezent und für den Preis absolut zu empfehlen!Die Farbauswahl ist sehr gut und das Material fühlt sich wertig an.In jedem Fall besser als die Standard Ventilkappen.Von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung.

Add pizzazz without adding weight. Also colorful valve covers are less likely to get lost. Remember to tighten Presta valve after pumping. Found out the hard way last weekend that a Presta valve, unlike the Schrader, will not hold air without the valve being closed!

Total amount and colour amounts were correct. Bore depth on all were just enough to sit flush with presta valve. One of the bore depths wasn't enough, a bit of a bummer it was one of the colours I was really wanting. They feel light but metallic and colours are bright and shiny.Other reviews mentioning not fitting at all must have not realised they are for presta valves. If your valve is schrader, these will not fit.

After reading all the crazy different reviews here I almost didn't buy these caps. Plenty of people saying they weren't threaded correctly. Or threaded inconsistently (that's hard to imagine unless the depth wereoff on some)?!? The box I ordered had the exact count and assortment of colors as shown in the photo. I literally tested them and examined them closely as I was fully prepared to have to use a thread chaser to repair crappy caps, but every single one threaded onto a couple of different presta stems with removable valve cores that I own, consistently. Certainly these are being made in an automated fashion by a machine and will be exceedingly consistent. Maybe they won't fit your stem for some reason, but they are not random. The colors are beautiful and they are easy to hang on to and to tighten or loosen, not much bigger than a cheap plastic cap. I have yet to see how they hold up over time, but it's hard to imagine them being any worse than a plastic cap. Another reputable high end bike shop I know of uses these exact same caps so there's another endorsement for you. Give them a try!

Lost a couple of my presta valve cap when I was riding my bike on the trail. The rest I lost when I re-inflated my tires. The original plastic caps were just poorly made in quality and they cracked when I tightened them. I needed replacements for them and I didn't want another cheap plastic-made material. Saw these and decided to buy it. They arrived quickly and intact. I thought they were less than 40 pieces so I counted them and sure enough there were 40 of them. The colors are nice and adds uniqueness to your presta valves. The ones I tried were tightening and loosening just fine. Haven't tested the other 36 pieces and I'm sure it will take some time before I use 'em all up. The colors also makes it easy to spot them when you drop them on the floor. Either shine a flashlight on them to see their reflection or you'll just see them stand out with your naked eyes. Unless, of course, you're really blind and cannot see well. Then, you'll have to rely on someone with clear vision. It's definitely not made of plastic. It's aluminum, which makes it lightweight. Some hardcore bikers notice a difference when their bike is heavy with just a slight addition of weight like a presta valve cap. But, not me. I'm not a hardcore bike rider. I just cruise along the trail and chill. So, for me, this is lightweight and it doesn't change my ride. I recommend these if you want to change your original cheap, plastic presta valve cap.

Bought these for my Salsa Rangefinder and my old Fuji mountain bike, both with Presto tubes. These caps are colorful and light weight, but they only screw on half way. It's like they didn't thread them deep enough into the cap. My old plastic ones work great and screw right on, and cover the threads entirely, but these fancy aluminum ones just don't go all the way on. Same thing on both bikes. So back they go. Think I'm just going to stick with the plastic ones that came with the tubes. They're not fancy but they work flawlessly.

As any bike wrencher knows, valve caps are totally unnecessary. I ditch the plastic ones as soon as I open a new tube. But I throw a couple of these on just to add some interesting color to my bike and the weight penalty is negligible. I can't say they are PERFECTLY machined (sometimes there is some resistance when threading them on) but they work fine. Very cool.
