Easy installation
Remove the belt from the buckle and spread out the handle.
First place the backing on the roll over bar with the buttons.
Pass the strap through the buckle.
Pull the belt and tighten it to complete the installation.

Easy to put on. They are useful. The green is more lime green than a green crayon. I attached lights to mine. I recommend.
