If they sold this as a moistener, that would be one thing. But they sell it as a moistener AND adhesive. I have some envelopes that have "lost their stick". So moistening them does not do much. Well, the "adhesive" in this product does not do much either. Disappointing purchase. Ended up throwing all 3 bottles away after using it on 5-6 envelopes that had lost their sticking power, and the adhesive in this product did nothing to help stick the envelop sides together.

Deceiving description with inaccurate Q&A. This a single bottle at the cost of 4. Very disappointed. Will likely be returning unless made right (both description and my missing 3 bottles).

Our office stopped buying these for us and got refillable sponge tip water bottles that leak all over instead... I had to buy these for myself because they're irreplaceable for anyone who has to seal a lot of envelopes.

The tip where the glue comes out is too large for an envelope flap. It does seal it but glue gets on the envelope outside the edge of where the envelope seals. It does seal the envelope but you have to wait for it to dry or the envelope will get stuck to whatever you put it against. It's a good idea for those who don't want to lick (gross) an envelope. but they should have made the tip smaller. It's really just a regular glue stick.
