Initially I got terrible results using these labels, which was odd since the labels just before printed fine (was literally a few minutes between swapping out). I went back to the older labels and then they didn't print right either. I can only guess there was a film or something on the first few labels (outside of the roll) that caused the issue.I discovered cleaning the printing element in the printer with a paper towel and some rubbing alcohol totally solved the issue and it's printing great now though. So if you run into this just wipe off the printing element and you should be good to go.

I was hesitant as this wasn’t the brand name everyone else seemed to be using, however I could not be happier with this thermal printer. The set up was way easier than expected and I was printing labels in minutes. Highly recommend!! I have printed packing slips and printed Amazon and FBA labels on this without any issues.

Bought this to use with Rollo wireless printer but it keeps getting jammed because it's much flimsier compared to the Rollo branded labels. It's not a deal breaker but I wasted maybe 10 labels before I gave up. Not sure if there's a trick to keeping paper to feed to machine straight but I couldn't figure it out.
