Bought two of these and both had problems. As you can see in the pics, the fuse didn't work. It's clearly melted, but didn't pop and stop the current. We were using these as an extra fuse system, just to be safe in case of current overload. Could have had a fire. My spouse and I both used to work with power, but we actually did chalk the first burnt up box up to possible operator error, (Or possibly we got a defective box) that's why we got the second. The second box was worse than the first. (The pictures are from the second box. Threw the first one away.) We got a different system, from a different manufacturer and now have no problems-or fires. Please be careful when using this combiner box. Just know the fuses won't do what they're intended to do.

The distribution system looks very well built and larger than what I was expecting. I have not installed it yet but it looks well built and designed and a good way to distribute high electric current in a car. It distributes both live and ground which is a nice feature.I have mostly installed this distribution fuse block and really like the design. It is well built and very versatile. I may post another photo when the install is finished. I still need to connect it to the batter and will be using 1 gauge wire for that.

Update (6/27/23): Found a significant issue with this, I was running a 2AWG cable into one of the four channels, 24VDC @ 20A (480W load). During normal operation, the small terminal side would get up to 105F (ambient being 80F). I also measured a 0.2-0.4V drop before and after those points. This unit is advertised for up to 80A (assuming 12VDC, or 960W). Given the poor design, I am worried about a fire hazard, so I removed this unit from service. 1-star, not recommended.Summary: Using this for power distribution for my solar/PV battery bank, which is connected to four (4) different MPPT controllers.Observations: When it comes to wiring, a professional and clean setup is both aesthetically pleasing, as well as being safer. This distribution block is setup pretty well with both a positive and negative bus bars. The positive bar features a pass through, e.g. two connection points, where as the ground is in/out on the same side. ERAYCO appears to sell an assortment of automotive DC electrical related products (I previously reviewed a Circuit Breaker by them).Recommendations: 1) Ensure the fuse size is correct for your application, 2) Use ferrule crimps for a long lasting.Pros: Good fit & finish; clear cover; includes spare fuses; includes hex wrenches.Cons: Spare fuses not secured. Conclusion: At $27, rating this 5-stars.

I got this distribution block for a vehicle that requires some high power accessories and wanted a fuse box right off the battery. This ultimately did the job without most issues but I did find that one of the spare fuse holders snapped, which made the fuse become loose in the fuse box itself, this could have easily rustled around and touched both positive and ground. The case itself is fine, but there is half an inch of wasted space on the top and the fuse box itself rattles from the other spare fuse.Otherwise, the fuse box works perfectly fine otherwise from grounding and powering through the included 30A and 60A fuses. The fuse box has 2 mounting holes but isn't included. All set and done these will work fine for most applications, but just double check your case when it arrives along with possibly carrying spare fuses elsewhere.
