It’s a nice compact design for a high capacity, but when the eggs shift from one shelf to another the tend to crack. When you take more eggs out at a time it is more likely to crack from the faster speed/fall distance.

I got this because I had 2 specific requirements - (one) an egg container which would store eggs vertically in my refrigerator and (two) an egg container which could store a minimum of 30 eggs. Yes, it is vertical but the eggs do not slide. They keep turning at awkward angles and as a result get stuck. The only way to get them unstuck is to jiggle the dispenser quite vigorously (not the best thing to do for obvious reasons) or pull the thing out and try to poke and push the eggs to get unstuck. As for the number of eggs it would hold - it failed miserably in that aspect too - 23 eggs. That's it! Not the claimed '30'. I tried putting poultry eggs and I tried putting country eggs - both types of eggs get stuck and for both types, I couldn't get it to fit more than 23 eggs. As far as the quality of material is concerned - there's nothing to write home about. The product is made of absolutely flimsy plastic. I don't know what I was expecting at this price but this wasn't it. I would have probably lived with the abysmal quality of the product and maybe being able to fit fewer eggs, but this dispenser is most definitely more of a pain than help. Can't deal with it every time I need eggs and can't keep worrying each time that eggs will fall out and crack all over my floor whenever I have to take the wobbly thing (yes, it is that flimsy that you feel it is wobbling) out to get the eggs unstuck. Oh yeah, another thing - I ordered white, the seller decided to send a different colour. Others may have had success with this product, but it was a bitter disappointment for me.

This is by far the worst product I have ever bought on Amazon. It is absolute trash. It does not work. The eggs do not roll down. Instead they turn sideways because there's too much room on each side, see you literally have to push them down one by one. They don't continue to flow toward the opening. It simply does not do what it is supposed to do. It is now in the garbage.

This product has at least two major flaws. One: the gap opening is too wide and the eggs get stuck in it. Two: there is not enough tilt for the eggs to gently roll as you remove the eggs at the bottom. It’s a great idea and great space saver. But poorly designed.

These egg racks do not hold 30 eggs -- they hold more like 27 eggs. Do not say that they will hold 30 eggs unless they will hold 30 eggs. Also, the eggs do not roll as shown in the video. I have to lift up one end of the rack and then lift up the other end, back and forth a couple times, to get the eggs to roll. That said, these racks can still be useful because they allow you better to use the vertical space in your refrigerator. We eat a lot of eggs. We put three racks together, and take eggs from the bottom of the left-most rack. When that rack is empty, we will pull it out, slide the other two racks to the left, and put the empty rack on the right. We will do this again when the second rack is empty. We plan to buy eggs again when the eggs in the third rack are down to the bottom level. To get a good price on our eggs, we will buy 60 eggs in one package at Costco, and our plan is to load up the racks from left to right, but leave the top level of each rack empty. The eight empty rack levels, plus perhaps an egg or two added to the bottom level of the left-most rack, should be able to hold the newly-purchased 60 eggs. Since the racks do not hold 30 eggs each, we can turn lemons into lemonade by simply not using the top levels for eggs, but instead put other refrigerated items on top of them.

I have chickens and its hard to know which eggs are the newest when putting them in a plain egg carton, with a never ending supply of eggs, I am afraid to say that a few of the eggs were there for months. Now that I have these egg holders, the fresh egg goes in rotates it for me, and it takes the guess work of which row is yesterday's eggs. I can fit about 24 or so on each rack. If they do become dirty, rinsing the racks off is easy in any sink. Some have said that some eggs have a hard time rolling down... I just give it a little shake or even a slight push on those odd shaped or really large eggs, but I have never had one stuck or felt the rack wasn't doing its' job.
