These probably would fit the standard plastic wands without an issue but they did not fit our wooden 17' wands. They came as described, so no issue there: there were metal half hooks and a plastic sleeve collar. The only issue I had was the curvature of the hook, if they had fit into my wand, I can tell that the hook was not quite curved enough to stay on the hoop of the blinds. Again, this may work for other homes but this was just not designed to fit a more modern upscaled window blind set.

I was hoping these would be a close enough match for my decades old Levelor mini-blinds open/close mechanism's wand wire hook. Not quite the same design as you can see in the photo (Levelor on the right with the thicker wire and S-shape, but close enough. I was able to get it to work, but it was very difficult to get the plastic sleeve to fit the blind's closing mechanism stub when the wand hook wire was in place. The plastic sleeve is very stiff and inelastic. If it were the least bit stretchy, this would've been five stars with an aggravation-free repair. Maybe with the next blind I repair, I might soak the plastic sleeve in hot water or set a hair dryer to it to soften it up or stretch it slightly.
