This polishing tape worked very well on my teeth. It removed some staining.I first used it by twisting it around my finger like in the first photo. That worked for the fronts of the teeth.I used it like flossing my teeth to clean between my teeth.Important: please make sure to use all 3 levels of polishing (course, medium, and fine on your teeth. If you don’t use the fine level of polishing, then you will have scratches on these so that the teeth will get yellow faster.There are 2 cons:1. On the outside of the package it says non Sterile. I feel a bit uncomfortable putting things in my mouth that stay non sterile.The second thing is that you can see by the second photo that the labels for which polishing level it is, are on the plastic bags. I would have appreciated if the tags telling us the levels of polishing were on the plastic cases of the polishing tapes. Yes, as you can see in the photo, I did write the level of polishing on each container. It just would have looked nicer if they would have came that way.Overall this is a good deal for those times between seeing the dentist.

These are so thick that I can’t even begin to fit them between my teeth. They also don’t have a way to be cut from the dispenser, so you need to get a pair of scissors for that. Do not recommend.
