great product, every woman needs a few of these in her kitchen. I took a couple of mine to work at the school cafeteria, it made scraping the commercial size pans so much easier to get ready to go in the dishwasher.

We use these to get the dough out of bowls when baking. They flex just enough to get inside the bowl and the curved edge helps a lot. The flat edge is good for cutting dough.Over all - very useful

Bought these scrapers to aid in my baking of bread. Despite being plastic they have a nice edge that easily cuts through the dough and scrapes the bits off the cutting board

These are my favorite baking tools.Scraping bowls, cutting dough, transferring, gathering bits together, folding. I like having different sizes as well. I replaced my old one after 15 years.
