This set comes in a nice black bag to keep them together. These are nice quality and easy to use. They are just what I was looking for. They are all C note. I will probably look for a set to have A note as that is what I need to tune to for a cello. A great set for both tuning and also for healing work.

I got these set of tuning forks for my practice as I am a bodyworker/licensed massage therapist. I am always open to using tools in my practice just as long as my clients resonate well with them and get them to their goals.I haven't used these yet for my practice full-time as I am getting acquainted with sound healing and experimenting with the ambient music I use, but I have and continued to use this with my family and some of my long-time clients who are very familiar with how I work (and know my curiosity with learning and implementing new tools in my practice). What I am impressed with is the curiosity and openness with my autistic son, who was surprisingly receptive to this. I'm guessing that this is a gentle way of using vibration, as opposed to a percussion massage instrument (like a massage gun), as I'm guessing it's a bit too much stimulation for him. I can place the tail base of these tuning forks on a body part after striking them and it creates a gentle sensation on that area. I find these great for parts that need more finer and detailed work like the joints. The sound it makes is nice and gentle, yet stimulating enough. I don't place this too close to the ear, but just enough for them to hear and feel the sound and the vibration. As for all the other details such as the storage pouch it comes with, the quality of all the parts included, etc., I feel that all the parts are of good quality. I do have two concerns: The mallets that these come with may possibly be a bit too fragile with frequent use. Also, it's very easy to displace the Allen wrench it comes with to tune.I admittedly need more education on using these, but getting good use of them with my family and long-time clients has proven successful so far. This could possibly be a start of starting a tuning fork collection!
