Fit perfectly. Came with all the flat and lock washers.Great galvanized U bolts. Only down side was that it took 3 weeks from the order date to get.

I was afraid to pull my 24 ft. Pontoon boat with a 115 motor on my single axle Wesco boat trailer. So, I found a second axle, and needed a set of u bolts to mount the system to the trailer. I slid the original axle forward and mounted the second axle behind it. The U bolts enabled me to mount the axle and now I feel very safe pulling the boat with dual axles
