I guess you get what you pay for. After first use, unplugged them and the prongs for one stayed in the outlet. They worked for my halloween decoration but took three of them to achieve the desired look.

They seem to clog up fast and you need to order more ceramic discs. I had one out in my yard for less than two days and it gunk up already. I would shop around for a better brand.

I would not recommend them to anyone. I bought the 4 pack, and one had an electrical prong that fell out in the box, one had the wire covering split, and they did not work properly. They do mist, but after running for about a minute, the wall plugs get so hot you cannot touch them, and it seems to be a fire hazard. Also after about 2 mins of run time, they start pulsing. They will come on for 10-20 seconds, shut off for the same amount of time and then come back on. When I took them out of the water to dry, I set them on a paper towel, and in the morning they had rust spots on the paper towel. So something inside is rusting after only 15-20 mins of use.

I was in love with this for the first 10 minutes until we realized the plug was getting really hot. We tried several different plugs and still the same thing, after 12 mins the plug became almost too hot to touch and the mister itself started resetting or just stop working. Look elsewhere for a misting device.

I liked that they were the single misters, definitely did not like that they started going out within the first few days. I read other reviews mentioning this and ignored because I saw a good price for (4) single misters, lol. I also have no idea if this is connected, but Amazon would only allow the return if I went into a specific UPS center where they scanned it in and boxed it themselves, which was far out of the way, and I was charged again for the item because the system said it wasn’t returned, but then customer service said it was returned- so it was a confusing hassle in every way.
