Such an amazing value. We did not realize how much unwrapping and assembly would be necessary though. It set us behind a bit the day of our event. Something to keep in mind when planning. Otherwise they felt durable, and easy to clean. Don’t forget to buy the burners separately like I did!

i used this set for my sister wedding last month. its really nice looking and practical. the gold accents made it look fancy, and many guest said how professional the buffet looked. but storing it, not super easy because the foldable part need bit extra attention.Prosutensils included, so no need to buy separate.the food warmer thing works both hot and cold, which was helpful.easy to clean after use. no sharp edges.Consframe is bit tricky to fold, maybe just me not used to it.takes some space even when folded.

When the box came, I was wondering what was inside, since it was so big and heavy. Inside the outer box was the actual product, and it is impressive. The chafing dishes are heavy and top quality, rather high end and will complement any table arrangement. I expected a less impressive product, but was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend for those who love to entertain larger crowds, or may for an office or work setting. Also great for caterers.

This product is complete except for the food. This comes boxed and easily put away in the same box. This product is durable and well made. The size is of restaurant quality and size. This set keeps the food coffee temperature 🌡This box contains the full set-up including spoons, surated and solid being the larger restaurant size. Also in the box are the canisters for the sternos. You will be amazed it's so complete. I highly recommend this product 👌

UPDATE EDIT:These were a disaster for Christmas dinner! The plastic handles fell off as soon as the hot lids were picked up. Yes they get hot, not just warm, but HOT! The plastic handles are the cheapest aspect of this product! The screws DO NOT attach to the plastic handles well. This bring the quality of the product down IMO. The condensation in the food was also horrible! I was not pleased.They are nice & sturdy, but I have a few complaints. 1.) The plastic handles on top. The screws will not tighten into the handles and the screws just spin. 2.) It took me almost 2.5 hours to remove all the protective plastic film . 3.) The sterno cups do not fit the sterno burners I purchased for this so I'll just be using them without the cups - which isn't that big of a deal. 4.) Lastly, one of the bottom trays that hold the sterno cups had an ugly crease in it, making it difficult to attach. If I had suggestions for manufacturing and packaging it would be: A) Replace the cheap handles with quality handles to match the dishes. B) Package with less plastic film and more Styrofoam. I think there were four tiny pieces of Styrofoam in the box for the corners that was all busted. C) Perhaps use small bags to secure the screws as they were everywhere in the main box & I almost tossed a few.
