We got these after our neighbors chickens were attacked by a badger. One year later and nothing has bothered our coop so they’re working…. I guess. Fingers crossed. They are solar paneled and don’t need any care after they are hung.

I have had these about about a year now and they are all but 1 still working great. Haven’t lost a chicken since I got them.

They work great. I've had them in for six months now, and all are still operating perfectly. Do they keep coyotes away? I don't know. I had coyotes dig under the fence and kill two goats. So how effective they are is still in question.

We purchased these Sept 2023 to help keep the coyotes away from our back yard and chicken run. We put them in various places at first. This last summer, we ended up putting in a high fence around the back yard and didn't put the lights back up because we honestly weren't thinking. BIG mistake!! We had a coyote calling our small dogs last week at the base of our new fence (

Purchased a 2 pack (2 per box) 2 out of the same box work as they're supposed to. The other two not working properly. One comes on and doesn't shut off with daylight and the other doesn't work at all. Using there to scare off coyotes, time will tell.

Our Chicken Farm is free of Fox, Coyotes, and other predators since we put these up. We have been using these for 2 years with Great Success! We Highly recommend these units as they have proven themselves to work Super! Highly recommend these units! The price is cheaper than Farm Supply Stores by far. We haven't seen a coyote or fox in 2 years. We had a severe predator problem before we put these up.

They are about the size of a squirrel and that is not going to scare anything away. They blink way too fast and are not realistic. I placed several around my yard and fish ponds and they are totally ignored by two raccoons, squirrels, birds and a wood chuch. Completely useless. Doesn't anyone test this crap before they sell it?

I put two of these out! No more plants were chewed on. They actually started growing again. Neighbors had trouble too, so gave them 2 also another neighbor, gave them 2. They kept the deer out of our gardens. I am almost sure they worked on the ground hog too.7-7-2024 I would like to add to my review. I saw several that said it didn't work and would like to ask if they put the Animal repellar at a level where it would be for a skunk, raccoon, ground hog, rabbit. The eyes flash on and off to startle. If they eyes are not on the level of the animal I would think they probably would "just walk by". I know the deer have not had a chewing session for quite awhile now. I have had these out pretty much all of one year. My Peach tree actually has grown and so has my sedums. I have another and might try a lower level as I do have groundhogs, chipmunks and rabbits around. Just to see, if putting them at a lower level helps. Now if I just could get something for those darn Moles, I would be so happy!
