The yarn is included and clearly defined instructions. A rewarding floral design for the beginner or more advanced embroider. An excellent sampling of designs and colors for the money.

This is a great and complete kit perfect for beginners however I do have some experience which did help getting started. Each pattern comes separately packaged so it is nice and organized. I like the stamped on pattern as it is easier than having to count rows, columns, or stitches so carefully.

I hadn't done any embroidery for a gazillion years, but saw this set and thought I'd see if I could get back into it, but in a less complex fashion than in the past.This is such a great set. It has a bamboo hoop, scissors, a threader and seam ripper, plus each of the projects come with the correct thread and a good bit of canvas that is preprinted with the design in the colours you'll need for it. Supposedly the printed pattern will wash out, but I've not wanted to risk the thread bleeding into it.Each pattern has a printed instruction sheet with colour photos to show the finished product, required stitches tutorial, and information about using the hoop, dividing the thread and knotting it.Because it has everything, I thru the hoop and bits into a plastic bag with the pattern kit I wanted to work on and brought it on the plane to keep me busy during a long flight.
